How to Make a Yummy Sandwich Breakfast


Its always easy to say than to take the first step to get things done. Sometimes when we are sick of the usual breakfast, then time for a change.

Prepare this at night and store is fridge. The next day when you bring to work, the cheese will melt along the way and adds an extra "yummylicious" to your sandwich.

Ingredients:
  • Bread (white / wholemeal)
  • Margarine
  • Lettuce
  • Hardboiled eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Shoulder ham
  • Cheese slices

Method:

  1. Add mayonnaise to the diced hardboiled eggs
  2. Spread some margarine on bread
  3. Place a slice of ham
  4. Place some lettuce on it
  5. Add some egg mayo
  6. Stack with a slice of bread
  7. Spread some margarine again
  8. Now add in slice of cheese
  9. Topped with another slice of bread
  10. Use a cling wrap to seal it tight and place in fridge
  11. Ready to bring to office the next day!

I have try out a pre-mix which can be purchased from any leading supermarket here in Singapore. Really 15 mins of preparation & "GOOF PROOF". My colleagues have "tasted" this sinful indulgence & commented really good.

Strawberry Cake

2nd attempt on birthday cake after the Ben 1o. Now is the disney princesses.



Receipe is same as my "Choc Nutella Sponge Cake" just that i omit the cocoa powder and add a lil cherry red colouring to the fresh cream.

Green Peas Cookies



Ingredients:
  • 260 gm green peas (grind finely)
  • 240 gm powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 300 gm multi-purpose flour
  • 230 ml canola oil
  • 1 egg yolk for glazing

Method

  • Mix green peas powder, sugar, salt together
  • Sift in flour
  • Slowly mix oil till dough is formed
  • Cut into your desired cookie size
  • Glaze with egg yolk
  • Bake at 160 degC for 20 mins

Peanut Cookies

Hey guys.. sorry about the lack of recipe update! Today am sharing with you all the peanut cookies recipe.


Ingredients

  • groundnuts 300gm finely grinded
  • castor sugar 200gm
  • plain flour 250gm
  • canola oil 230gm
  • salt 1 tsp
  • peanuts chips 1 small packet
  • 1 egg yolk for glazing

Method

  1. Mix the sugar, flour, salt, nuts till well mixed
  2. Add oil in a few additions
  3. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough
  4. Roll them into small balls like "tang yuan"
  5. Glaze the surface with egg yolk
  6. Place a peanut chip on it to enhance the crunch
  7. Bake for 15 - 20 mins @ 180 degC
