- 260 gm green peas (grind finely)
- 240 gm powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 300 gm multi-purpose flour
- 230 ml canola oil
- 1 egg yolk for glazing
Method
- Mix green peas powder, sugar, salt together
- Sift in flour
- Slowly mix oil till dough is formed
- Cut into your desired cookie size
- Glaze with egg yolk
- Bake at 160 degC for 20 mins
