Ingredients:
1) Self raising flour 2 1/2 cups
2) Caster sugar 1/4 cup
3) Butter 250g
4) Condense milk 200g
5) Choc chip 1/4 cup
6) Almond chips 1/4 cup
Method:
1) Beat sugar & butter till pale yellow
2) Add in condense milk and beat for 2 minutes at high speed
3) Sift in self raising flour
4) Add in choc & almond chips
5) As flour folded in, dough is formed
6) Chill dough for 20 mins
7) Cut your desired shapes and bake for 20 mins @ 160 degreeC
